1.The big cone machine is constructed instainless steel, and the forms in aluminum.

2.The machine is divided into the upper mold and the lower mold, the lower mould can be separated to discharge the cones. With different moulds, one machine could make different kinds/size of ice cream cones.

Detailed operation of automatic ice cream cone machine

1. Contact with power supply, set temperature for up and down molds, waiting temperature rising( machine no tilting)

2. After temperature rises, lift the up mold, down mold closes.

3. Pour batterinto mold, pull down the upper mold. The cone can be formed in 1-2minutes.

4. Life the upper mold, the down mold will loose and cones will automatically fall into under passages and side out.

5. Repeat above process. While not using, unplug the power and clean upper and lower molds.
